1. All prices and offers are not-binding, since there are partly also unique pieces. The sequence of the order entrance is decisive. If the desired article should be already out of stock, you are naturally informed immediately. There is no delivery obligation.

2. The sales at me unknown persons exclusively takes place against cash in advance, i.e. prepayment or Paypal. 4. With payment by debit (only possible for regular customers) the redemption is waited for by the bank. If the account of the customer does not exhibit appropriate covering or if the debit is cancelled by the customer, we must place us thereby developing bank charges of 6,50 Euro to you. This applies also with cancellations of the debit with return of the commodity. In this case the invoice amount is back-transferred immediately after return of the commodity by us.
5. The buyer has to accept the commodity supplied by cash on delivery. In the nonacceptance of one by cash on delivery ordered commodity lies no return in the sense of § 355 Abs. 1 S. 2 BGB forwards, those the salesman after § 357 Abs. 2 S. to carrying the costs caused by the nonacceptance, since thereby additional costs are caused, those would commit to 2 over the legal arrangement § 357 Abs. 2 S. 2 BGB go out. 9. There is no minimum purchase order value. But however the dispatch lump sum is raised from 4,90 euro also with small orders, since these are connected with a relatively high work expended.
10. It applies German right under exclusion of the UN Kaufrechts.
11. A two-week return right grants mm coins to you. This return right can be exercised within one period by two weeks by return of the commodity.
